Protection and Hygiene Concept

for visiting the Bundeskunsthalle

The Bundeskunsthalle follows a special protection and hygiene concept in accordance with the requirements of the Corona Protection Ordinance of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. In particular, this means for your visit:

  • Obligation to wear a medical mask
  • Compliance with the minimum distance of 1.50 meters
  • Compliance with the rules of hygiene

Via bonnticket.de we offer all interested parties print@home tickets that allow them to go straight to the exhibition without stopping at the cash desk.

Due to changes in the COVID-19 infection rate, there is always the risk of an exhibition or event being canceled at short notice. Tickets for our exhibitions and events that have already been purchased in advance and that could not be visited or that did not take place can be returned to the advance booking offices where they were purchased.

For further questions please contact info@bundeskunsthalle.de.

Up-to-date information can be found here on our website and social media channels.

We wish you a pleasant stay.

All the best and stay healthy!
